Leadership of SEND, Wellbeing and Inclusion Network
Who is this for?
This network is for colleagues working for Dioceses, Trusts, and Schools—including headteachers, executive leaders, governors, inclusion leads, SENDCOs, and key support staff. Its purpose is to empower leaders in their efforts around SEND provision, student wellbeing, and inclusion, with a special focus on mental health and the wellbeing of vulnerable children. It fosters collaboration and the sharing of best practices among educational leaders.
How do we meet?
The network connects leaders through a combination of national virtual sessions and local, in-person networking sessions. There is also a special focus group for secondary leaders linked to the National Secondary Leaders' Network (link to NSLN page). Facilitators from Dioceses or Trusts lead local sessions, unpacking hte national input within their specific contexts. Schools, Trusts and Dioceses joining can send as many colleagues as they wish to national virtual sessions and local in-person sessions.
What’s the cost to join?
£1,500 per year for Trusts or Dioceses (2-year sign-up required)
£500 per year for individual schools (2 year sign-up required)

Justice and Courageous Advocacy Network
Who is this for?
The Justice and Courageous Advocacy Network is designed for education leaders in Schools, Dioceses and Trusts, including senior leaders, governors, and key school staff. The purpose of the network is to equip leaders to empower students to become courageous advocates for social justice, equality, and human rights. Through expert-led sessions drawing on resources from Christian Aid and our Courageous Advocacy document, participants will gain practical strategies for promoting advocacy, addressing issues like poverty, racial justice, and environmental sustainability.
How do we meet?
The network consists of national virtual sessions, complemented by local in-person networking discussions. Facilitators from Dioceses or Trusts lead local groups, unpacking the national input and fostering local discussions on applying justice and courageous advocacy in their own contexts.
Schools, Trusts and Dioceses joining can send as many colleagues as they wish to national virtual sessions and local in-person sessions.
What’s the cost to join?
£750 per local network for Dioceses or Trusts (including training and resources)
£250 for individual schools to join national virtual sessions

International Leadership of Diversity Network
Who is this for?
This network is designed for diocesan leaders, trust leaders, community leaders, and headteachers who are committed to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice (EDIJ) within their schools and communities. The purpose of the network is to facilitate the exchange of ideas, strategies, and best practices on a global scale, fostering inclusive and equitable education systems. It supports leaders in addressing racial justice through initiatives like curriculum development, leadership programs, and improved recruitment and retention strategies.
How do we meet?
The network operates on an international scale, connecting school leaders through virtual meetings, symposiums, and conferences. It fosters collaboration with global partners, including esteemed colleagues from the United States through a partnership with Baylor University.
What’s the cost to join?
This network is subsidised by the Church of England's Racial Justice Unit, offering fully funded programs like the 'Leaders Like Us' initiative aimed at developing future leaders.

Diocesan and Trust Bespoke Peer Support Networks
Who is this for?
The Diocesan and Trust Bespoke Peer Support Networks are collaboratively designed and tailored for Dioceses and Multi-Academy Trusts interested in aligning their school leadership with the Church of England’s vision for education. The bespoke networks can cater to a wide range of leadership roles, including headteachers, senior and middle leaders, clergy, and governors. The aim is to foster high-quality leadership development, provide a space for deep discussion, and enable #collaborative learning among leaders. The networks help participants reflect on their practice, share best practices, and strengthen their leadership strategies.
How do we meet?
These peer support networks are delivered through a hybrid model, combining virtual and in-person sessions. The structure includes training for facilitators and network leaders, as well as expert-led sessions. The format is flexible, allowing Dioceses and Trusts to determine the best combination of online and face-to-face sessions that meet their local needs.

The pricing structure varies based on the chosen package and prices are available upon request:
Basic package: Includes resources, ongoing support, and CPD for network leaders.
Co-facilitated partnership (Virtual/Hybrid): The first and last sessions are facilitated by our expert colleagues, while other sessions are led by local network leaders.
Fully facilitated partnership (Hybrid): All sessions are delivered by our expert colleagues
