NPQ Plus
NPQ Plus is a suite of high quality professional development for Dioceses, MATs and Schools to deliver in-house for leaders of all stages. We recommend that each course is delivered over an academic year with one module of learning completed each term. All of the resources for delivery, including videos, online asynchronous learning and powerpoints with facilitator notes have been created to ensure the highest quality learning experience for participants and all the support for delivery that facilitators will need.
Courses
Flourishing Together
This 6 module course has been developed from the 'Flourishing Together' book, written by Andy Wolfe and Lynn Swaner. We unpack the key domains of flourishing: Purpose, Learning, Relationships, Wellbeing and Resources and provide time and space for leaders to reflect on their own leadership through this lens.

Called, Connected, Committed
This 6 module course has been developed from the Church of England 'Called, Connected, Committed' document. We unpack 6 key leadership practices with provide time and space for leaders to reflect on their own leadership, the areas that they want to grow and develop in and the impact that they might have.

Wellbeing (pilot)
During 2024/2025, we are developing and piloting a new NPQplus course exploring wellbeing. We are looking for a small number of organisations who would be interested in piloting this and providing feedback as we develop it.
