Networks
The power of school leaders working together to support one another has never been more important and so we have created a range of different Peer Support Networks to further build a movement of leaders committed to transformational change. These networks seek to 'develop inspirational leaders, who are called, connected and committed to delivering the Church of England's vision for education'.
Flourishing Trusts Network
Brings together MAT CEOs and Executive Leaders from over 80 MATs across the country for face-to-face development events, residentials, online collective voice sessions and participation in our National Conference.
National Secondary Leadership Network
Brings together Headteachers and Senior Leaders from secondary schools across the country for national CPD events and regional network meetings. In all of our Dioceses, there are significantly fewer secondary schools than primary schools, and so this network provides encouragement and support across the country in phase-specific leadership development.
Thematic and bespoke networks
The National Society also facilitates a broad range of thematic and bespoke networks around themes such as leadership of SEND and courageous advocacy.
